François Royer

François Royer is a Senior Business Analyst at Cofomo since May 2023, working on the SAERX and Itransfo projects for the City of Quebec, focusing on business analysis. Simultaneously, François serves as an Expert Trainer at AFI par Edgenda, delivering training on the Design Sprint methodology. Royer's extensive experience includes a 16-year tenure at Groupe CMI, where participation as a management committee member involved decision-making, strategic direction, and mentoring roles, alongside responsibilities as a Business Analyst and Project Manager on various projects.
