Aditya Basu

Aditya Basu currently serves as the VP & Function Head - Chief of Staff at Coforge, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes leading strategy and advisory practices for APAC and MENA regions at Tech Mahindra from April 2024 to August 2025 and serving as an Advisor on the Growth Council at Frost & Sullivan from May 2023 to July 2025. Aditya has held senior leadership roles at Altudo, Tech Mahindra, McKinsey & Company, and the Government of India, specializing in strategy, growth, and digital transformation across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, an MBA from Symbiosis International University, and a BTech in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University.
