Deepak K. Bagchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of the AI Practice at Coforge since August 2019, Deepak has previously held roles including Associate Vice President and AI Senior Practice Leader. Prior to Coforge, Deepak was a Senior Enterprise Architect and Head of the AI Service Line at SLK Software Services Pvt. Ltd., where responsibility included aligning IT strategy with business priorities. Deepak also held the position of Principal in Education and Research at Infosys Ltd., leading teams in machine learning and big data technologies. Earlier professional experiences include serving as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and IT, along with an internship at ISRO focusing on GIS systems. Deepak holds an EFPM in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, a Master’s in Computer Applications from JNV University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Jai Narain Vyas University.
