Joy Devasia serves as the Vice President of BPS Operations at Coforge since December 2019, leading the Insurance Vertical with responsibilities for SLA delivery, P&L management, client relationships, and revenue growth through new logo acquisition across operations in India, the Philippines, the US, and Mexico, encompassing over 2,000 FTEs. Joy is also focused on expanding digital platforms and finance & accounting services for insurance clients, catering to a diverse client portfolio including large insurance tracking organizations and brokerage firms. Prior to this role, Joy held the position of Director of Operations at Hexaware Technologies and served as Vice President at Mphasis from January 2003 to September 2018. Joy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Dr. C. V. Raman University from 2016 to 2018.
