Kanika Sabharwal

Kanika Sabharwal is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Vice President and HR Leader at Coforge since January 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Kanika previously held the position of Chief Business HR Operations at Croftersbeer, leading HR operations for the Gurgaon-based FMCG startup from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Kanika was the Head of Human Resources at Sukaksha Technologies India Private Limited, focusing on business HR operations and development in a GIS organization from August 2017 to October 2019. Kanika also served as a Human Resource Business Partner (AVP) at Genpact from January 2008 to July 2017 and as a Business Operations Manager at GE Capital International Services from December 2003 to December 2007. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
