Rakesh Shendge is a proactive and achievement-oriented professional with nearly 16 years of experience in Finance and Accounts operations. Currently serving as the Program Director of Finance and Accounts at Coforge, Rakesh leads various operational processes while developing strategic solutions and managing sales bid processes. Rakesh previously held positions as Process Manager at Hexaware Technologies and Deputy Manager at WNS Global Services, where they significantly contributed to process improvements and financial management. They hold an MBA in Finance and Project Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development.
