Swastik Mohanty

Swastik Mohanty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Swastik started their career as a Trainer at First Source Solution in 2008. Swastik then joined PNSIT PVT. LTD. in 2009, where they served as a Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of FLEs and reporting progress to stakeholders. In 2010, they joined NIIT Technologies Limited as a Consultant, where they trained and coordinated a team for the Intranet Prahari Project for the Border Security Force. Swastik also managed project procurement and ensured milestones were met. Since 2011, Swastik has been working at Coforge as a Project Lead. In this role, they have been responsible for managing the PAN India CCTNS project for the Ministry of Home Affairs. Swastik has overseen project tracking and monitoring, infrastructure setup, and data digitization of police stations across the country. Swastik has also defined processes, allocated resources, and delegated tasks.

Swastik Mohanty completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Shobhit University from 2011 to 2013. They have also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2022. Additionally, Swastik Mohanty holds the ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management, although the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
