Thomas Tabb

Thomas Tabb is an experienced leader in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Coforge since October 2020. In this role, Thomas directs and develops staff while ensuring quality and service commitments are met. Prior to Coforge, Thomas held key positions including Call Center Manager at Urban Outfitters, Site Director at Sitel, and Operations Manager at Teleperformance, USA, where responsibilities included guiding teams, managing budgets, and driving performance improvements. Thomas began a career in customer service at AT&T as a Team Manager, focusing on hiring and training customer service representatives. Thomas's academic journey is ongoing at Augusta University, which commenced in July 2007.
