Amber Gillis

Amber G. serves as a Senior Principal in Business Operations at Coforma since 2024, bringing extensive experience from Stryker, where roles included Senior Manager, Business Process Owner – EIM, Senior Manager, IT Business Partner, and Business Analysis Manager, IS Business Partner from 2018 to 2024. Significant contributions at Stryker included leading the Accelerate Program to enhance organizational processes and guiding teams through IT transformations. Prior to Stryker, Amber held various project management positions at K2M from 2008 to 2018, overseeing a global SFDC program and driving continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring software developers. Early career experience includes roles in customer care and physical therapy support. Amber holds a BS in Industrial Design and an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland.
