Beata Flis

Beata Flis, MSc, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as Accounting Manager at COFRA Holding AG since December 2019. Prior to this role, Beata Flis worked at Starbucks from February 2013 to November 2019 as a Senior GL Accountant/Controller, overseeing accounting processes for EMEA Retail markets and managing transitions related to key market sales. Earlier experience includes senior accounting roles at ARRIS, C-COR, and the Airline Accounting Center-Lufthansa Shared Services International, where Beata Flis was involved in month-end closing, statutory accounting, and audit coordination. Beata Flis holds a Master’s degree in Controlling and Corporate Finance from Cracow University of Economics, earned between October 1999 and July 2004.
