Roger Holterman

Roger Holterman is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in executive search and management across various industries, including consumer, retail, and agriculture. As the Recruitment Manager at COFRA Holding AG since May 2021, Roger has successfully launched the in-house search practice for the family-owned company. Prior to this role, Roger held positions at several prestigious firms, including Korn Ferry and Robert Walters, where expertise was developed in recruiting senior management and board members. With a Master's degree in Asian Studies from the University of Amsterdam, Roger possesses extensive international experience, particularly in the Asian markets and the food and agriculture sectors.
