OUR HISTORY 

COG Aggregation was formed in October 2022 by the official merging of two large, standalone aggregation businesses owned by COG Financial Services Ltd – Platform Finance and CFG. The unification enables the businesses to pool their strengths, systems and services for members and create the largest specialised Asset Finance services business in Australia.

COG Aggregation is powered by the strength of COG Financial Services Ltd (ASX: COG), which makes us one of the only publicly listed asset finance aggregators in the country. It also equips us with the scale and financial backing to propel growth for our members.

The Platform Finance brand has been retained for use in our Strategic Partnerships business, providing white-label asset finance processing services to mortgage brokers.
