Ryan Young

Ryan Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Business Analyst (Risk Management) at ABR. Ryan then joined ANZ in 2006 as a Lending Analyst and later became a Lending Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with facilities ranging from $0.5m to $20m. In 2012, they took on the role of Lending Execution Manager at ANZ, where they worked until 2017.

In 2018, Ryan joined Consolidated Operations Group Limited as the Head of Risk & Compliance. Ryan later moved to Consolidated Finance Group in the same year, where they held the position of CEO until 2021. During their time at Consolidated Finance Group, they were responsible for the overall management of the company.

Currently, Ryan is the CEO of COG Broking & Aggregation at COG Aggregation, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, from May 2021 to September 2022, they served as the CEO of Platform Finance at the same company. Throughout their career, Ryan has exhibited strong leadership skills and extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and finance.

Ryan Young attended The University of Queensland from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Political Science & International Relations.
