Antonia Marano currently serves as a consultant at COGEA srl, providing technical assistance for the 2021-2027 POR FESR Lazio and PR FSE+ Sardegna, focusing on the monitoring of the Regional Sustainable Development Strategy of Lazio and youth employment initiatives in the Minor Islands of Sardinia. Previously, Antonia worked with Ismeri Europa s.r.l. on the "Challenges for Cohesion: looking ahead to 2035" project and as a junior expert in participatory processes at Studiare Sviluppo, enhancing administrative competencies in partnership processes. Additionally, Antonia has experience in participatory design within the museum sector at Fondazione di Venezia and held institutional activities with Fondazione Con Il Sud. Antonia holds a Master's in Interactive and Participatory Design from Università Iuav di Venezia, a Master's in Cultural Resource Management from IULM University, and a Laurea Magistrale in Architecture from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, along with specialized training in European project design and cohesion policies.
