Ginevra Pagano possesses extensive experience in technical consultancy and support within European social and educational programs. Since February 2015, Ginevra has been employed at Cogea srl, providing operational assistance to various regional authorities, including the Management Authority of the European Social Fund in Campania and the Ministry of Education for the implementation of the National Operational Program 2014-2020. Previous roles include a formative internship at Banca d'Italia in the Technical Secretariat for the Banking Arbitrator and collaboration on integration initiatives for refugees with L.E.S.S. Onlus. Ginevra holds a master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and an additional degree in International Studies from Università di Napoli L'Orientale, supplemented by a classical studies diploma from Liceo Umberto I di Napoli.
