Christopher Mercer

Christopher Mercer has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as the Manager of Internet, WIFI and Voice delivery at Cogeco Connexion since January 2004, Christopher has held various roles including Manager of the Internet Service Delivery Team and Agile Process Specialist for the IPTV Video Team, specializing in Scrum methodologies. Prior to Cogeco Connexion, Christopher worked at Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications in multiple technician roles, focusing on network maintenance and service support. Early in the career, Christopher gained valuable experience as a Dispatcher at ClassiComm and in communications and administration with the Canadian Armed Forces from 1990 to 1995.
