Steven Carvalho

Steven Carvalho has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, primarily at Cogeco Connexion since November 1998. Currently serving as the Manager for High Speed Internet, WiFi, and CPE, and previously as Quality Assurance Manager, Steven leads a team dedicated to quality assurance, automation, and strategic planning in an Agile environment. Other notable roles at Cogeco include Organizational Readiness Specialist and Quality Assurance Supervisor, where Steven enhanced QA processes and integrated teams with project management objectives. Earlier in Steven's career, experience as a Technical Support Specialist and Operations Analyst at RBC involved system monitoring and maintenance. Steven holds a Master's Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology from Mohawk College.
