Gonzague Douniau

Gonzague Douniau currently serves as Directeur de Région Nouvelle Aquitaine at Cogedim since October 2025 and holds the position of Président at FPI Nouvelle Aquitaine, where involvement began in June 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bouygues Immobilier from February 2012 to October 2025, culminating as Directeur Général Région Sud-Ouest, and earlier positions across various regions. Gonzague Douniau also worked as Directeur d'Agence at ALTAREA COGEDIM and in program management roles at Bouygues Immobilier and Bouygues Immobilier Belgium. Academically, Gonzague Douniau holds an engineering degree in building and architecture from ESTP, completed a cycle of formation at Sciences Po, and attended Solvay Business School, alongside a foundation laid at Prytanée National Militaire de la Fleche.
