Wissam Hamid

Wissam HAMID has extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as Directeur adjoint Pôle Produits at ALTAREA COGEDIM since March 2010, with responsibilities encompassing product design, habitability, and innovation oversight from land development to project completion. Prior to this, Wissam held the position of Architecte directeur d'agence at Groupe LOFT, focusing on agency operations and technical consulting for clients. Earlier roles include project director and team leader at Bellon Architecture, overseeing significant projects such as the Palais des expositions in Turkmenistan, and project management at Derbesse Architecture for Bouygues Telecom centers. Wissam's educational background includes a DPLG in Architecture from ENSA Paris-Tolbiac and additional technical education from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
