Andrew A. Lundgren

Andrew A. Lundgren started their work experience in 2003 as a Law Clerk for President Judge Henry duPont Ridgely at Delaware Superior Court. Andrew A. then moved on to work as a Law Clerk for Chief Justice Myron T. Steele at Delaware Supreme Court in 2004. In 2005, they became an Associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, specializing in Federal Courts and Technology Litigation. In 2011, they joined COGENCY GLOBAL INC. as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and later served as the General Counsel from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at COGENCY GLOBAL INC.

Andrew A. Lundgren holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew A. also has a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Harvard University. In addition, they are a member of the Delaware Bar certified by the Delaware Supreme Court and a member of the District of Columbia Bar certified by the D.C. Court of Appeals.
