John Dillon

John Dillon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. John began their career at Prudential Financial in 1995 as a Quality Assurance Specialist. John then joined IBM Global Services in 1997 as an IT Specialist. In 2000, they moved to Prometric and worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer until 2009. At Prometric, they also held the position of Systems Analyst from 2009 to 2013, where they provided production systems support and client training for web applications. In 2014, they joined COGENCY GLOBAL INC. as a Testing Analyst, and later in 2016, they became a Scrum Master, applying and enforcing Scrum principles and practices while facilitating continuous improvement and team performance.

John Dillon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ursinus College. The duration of their education and any prior schooling information is unknown.
