Kai Hungerford

Kai Hungerford was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany. During his teenage years he moved to the United States due to his step-father being in the US Army. He attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with an AS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Early in his career, he worked with a global engineering company where he specialized in telephony programing to provide private industry communication systems. He made a career change, which lead him into the property and casualty side of insurance. He spent 12 years in the insurance industry where he honed his understanding of operational excellence and transitioned to a supervisor with Liberty Mutual, where he helped develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the mechanism to track those KPIs.

As a business consultant, Kai has worked in a range of industries which has enabled him to use cross industry knowledge and experience to help his clients become better decision makers to help them build their future successes. The range of industries includes: laundry services, aerospace engineering, auto part manufacturing, call centers, lumber production, small sheet metal fabrication, food production, customer carpet manufacturing, commercial cooking and refrigeration, and tree service industry.
