Larry Scarborough

Larry Scarborough is a former Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar electronics hardware design firm and has served on the board of directors for a non-profit organization. He has also helped businesses to succeed working as a business management consultant to small businesses from $2MM on up to Fortune 1000 companies, and has traveled both nationally and internationally helping organizations improve in all aspects of operations. His clients have included government agencies, automotive, aluminum, finance to small level distribution and local manufacturing organizations.

Larry Scarborough also understands what it means to be a small business owner, having started his own real estate investment company of which he remains a member as an absentee partner to this day. His experience in both large and small businesses allows him to identify ‘best practices’ and specifically apply solutions according to the organization’s needs.
