Peter Zurn has been helping organizations realize their full potential since 2004. With 16 years of experience with Big-Four consultancies, Peter’s past client list includes dozens of Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and mid-size companies across a highly diverse set of solutions and industries. At Cogent, Peter brings his passion for business operations, analytics, management systems, and performance improvement to our clients with an approach that is highly tailored to his clients’ specific needs.

Peter’s pragmatic approach to working with Cogent’s clients ensures that performance improvements continue long after the conclusion of each project. He identifies the key performance indicators that drive business performance, and coaches business owners and managers on how to gather and use those KPIs to better manage their business. Peter’s work is underpinned by Cogent’s approach to profit engineering, which ensures that attainment of strategic goals are prioritized throughout every partnership he forms with clients.

Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
