Carol Assang

Carol Assang is a seasoned clinical trial manager with extensive experience in managing complex clinical studies. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Cogent Biosciences since March 2022, Carol has previously held significant roles as a Senior Clinical Project Manager at Evelo Biosciences and as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Radius Health, Inc., where responsibilities included leading a global Phase 3 oncology trial. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at EyeGate Pharmaceuticals, overseeing comprehensive clinical study planning and execution. Carol's career began at New England Research Institutes, Inc. as an Associate Project Director, handling NIH studies. Carol holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
