Ray Frost

Ray Frost currently serves as Senior Vice President of Market Access at Cogent Biosciences since April 2025. Previously, Ray held the position of Vice President at ONO PHARMA USA, INC. from August 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and payer relations. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Zealand Pharma and Melinta Therapeutics, focusing on US and global market access, contract negotiation, and health policy development. Additionally, Ray worked at The Medicines Company, where efforts were directed towards product launch strategies and reimbursement programs. Ray holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Hofstra University, earned between January 1988 and January 1992.
