Jody Edmunds

Jody Edmunds is a skilled genomic data scientist with a strong background in animal genetics, currently working at Cogent Breeding Ltd since September 2019. Educated at Cardiff University, Jody obtained a PhD in Animal Genetics and previously engaged in research as a PhD student from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a quality control scientist at BBI Solutions and a quality technician at Flavex International, as well as a research assistant at Aberystwyth University, where involvement included a cattle methane trial. Jody holds a Master of Science in Animal Science and a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science, both from Aberystwyth University.
