Mike Walker

Mike Walker is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Premier Accounts at Cogent Communications since January 2002, Mike specializes in negotiating strategic relationships with leading CDN providers and Mobility customers, as well as managing complex contractual agreements. Previously, Mike held positions as Wholesale Sales Manager and Wholesale Account Manager at Cogent, overseeing a skilled sales team targeting major corporations and identifying new business opportunities. Prior experience includes working at UUNET as a Wholesale Account Manager and Senior Channel Account Manager, where Mike successfully marketed IP transit services and managed reseller partnerships. Mike holds a degree from Radford University and completed education at Chantilly High School.
