William Rayner

William Rayner is a seasoned professional in network engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Senior NOC Network Engineer at Cogent Communications since May 2023. Prior to this role, William has been with T-Mobile as a Senior Technician in the Network Operations Center since April 2020. William's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Sprint as a Network Technical Support Engineer from July 1998 to April 2020, and a foundational role as a Network Systems Technical Controller in the United States Air Force from August 1978 to September 1998.
