Zeeshan Ahmed

Zeeshan Ahmed serves as the Director of Recruitment & Delivery for the Global Technology Group at COGENT Infotech since October 2025, specializing in digital transformation and workforce solutions with a focus on AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. Prior to this role, Zeeshan spent over eleven years at Mastech Digital, ascending from Associate Manager to Sr Manager in Recruitment, where responsibilities included managing staffing services for IT clients and delivering high-quality candidates for complex technical roles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resource Executive at Vati, handling all aspects of recruitment, and a summer internship at JUSCO, where exposure to urban infrastructure services was gained. Zeeshan holds an MBA in Information Technology from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.Com in Accounting from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi.
