Kerushan Naidoo

Kerushan Naidoo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at COGENT since February 2020, Kerushan has previously worked as a Freelance Consultant and as the Head of Robotic Process Automation at BCX, where significant business leadership and entrepreneurial skills were honed. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at KPMG South Africa, focusing on management consulting in telecommunications and technology, and sales experience with Hewlett Packard products at Axiz. Kerushan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Information Systems from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, achieved cum laude, and has completed a masterclass in business strategy at GIBS Business School.
