Tom Myshrall

Tom Myshrall has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Coghlin Companies, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Scaled Product Launches at Columbia Tech, a Coghlin Company. Tom was responsible for new product introductions and scaling supply chain and products. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at American Science and Engineering, Inc., where they managed various departments and a staff of 50. Additionally, Tom has a long tenure at Teradyne Inc, where they held multiple roles including Director of Global Operations, Operations New Product Development Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Product Support Manager, and Test Manager. Tom began their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, where they received various awards and held multiple positions.

Tom Myshrall has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSME) from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Additionally, Tom has received training in Nuclear Engineering as part of their role as an Officer in the Naval Nuclear Program. Prior to their higher education, they attended Pingree School.
