Cali Gumpel

Cali Gumpel is currently employed as a Human Resources Administrator at Cogility Software. Previously, they served as an Army Officer and Human Resources Officer in the United States Army Reserve from 2021. In their role as Human Resources Officer, they were responsible for the health, welfare, morale, discipline and safety of the unit and their families. Additionally, they ensured the medical and combat readiness of more than 100 soldiers, developed administrative processes, assisted with development and execution of yearly training needs assessments, and monitored Soldiers through regular assessments and performance evaluations.

Cali Gumpel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of South Florida, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021.
