Barbara Valle

Barbara Valle has a diverse work experience in various companies. Barbara worked as a Talent Manager at PromoFarma by DocMorris, where they contributed to the company's growth by defining recruitment strategies and ensuring the best talent. Previously, at Dragon Investors, they held the role of Human Resources Manager and worked closely with the Senior Management Team to develop HR objectives for the group. Barbara also established efficient procedures for the HR department and was responsible for new starter administration. Before that, at Weekendesk, Barbara served as the Human Resources and Office Manager, where they successfully set up a new HR department and managed the recruitment process for a team of 60 people. Lastly, Barbara worked at Adecco Outsourcing as a Responsable de gestión, where their main responsibilities included managing the business unit and coordinating outsourcing services among various clients. Barbara was also involved in labor contracts, payroll processes, and documentation procedures.
