Magda Kolis

Magda Kolis is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at COGIR Real Estate since December 2023. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Magda has held various roles at Revera Inc. since January 2019, including Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, Magda worked at Randstad Canada from March 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included delivering effective recruitment strategies and managing stakeholder relationships. Magda's career also includes positions as an Account Manager and Production Manager at Light Year Media, and as a Passenger Service Supervisor at Airport Terminal Services, showcasing a diverse skill set in management and operational improvement. Magda holds a degree in Business Marketing from Humber College and Business Administration from the University of Guelph-Humber.
