Nick Calina serves as the National Director of Culinary Operations and Corporate Executive Chef at COGIR Real Estate and previously held the same titles at Revera Inc. Additionally, Nick has extensive experience in culinary management, having worked as a Senior Regional Manager of Culinary at Revera and as a Regional Manager of Food and Beverage at Chartwell Retirement Residences, where responsibilities included roles as General Manager and Food Service Manager. Prior to these positions, Nick owned and operated Muskoka Catering as Executive Chef and gained food service experience at Fairvern Nursing Home. Nick Calina graduated from George Brown College between 1993 and 1996.
