Tim Abraham

Tim Abraham, CPA, CFE, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the senior living, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Corporate Controller and Treasurer at Cogir Senior Living since November 2022, Tim previously held the same titles at Cadence Senior Living until its acquisition by Cogir. Notable past roles include Controller at Pinnacle Senior Living and Vice President of Finance at AllianceMed, LLC, as well as CFO positions at Ebix Health Administration Exchange and Great Western Title Agency. Tim began a career in finance in 1999 and has significant expertise in financial consulting, strategic management, and systems implementation, having installed MRI for a large organization in the hospitality industry. Tim holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
