Praktan K. began their career in 2009 as an Executive - Inside Sales at Infrasoft Technologies. In 2010, they moved to Softcell Technologies Limited as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for marketing, sales promotion, brand building, lead generation and revenue generation for IT security and infrastructure products and services. In 2012, they joined MAIA Intelligence as CIO Relations, Marketing & Communications, where they were responsible for 360 degree marketing and brand building activities for Business Intelligence solution with focus on content strategy and thought leadership. In 2014, they moved to Softlink Global Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager - Marketing, where they managed overall marketing activities and corporate communication, content creation for variety of activities and media, press and media relations for public relations, creating and updating marketing collaterals, graphic designing and visualization, event planning, management and logistics, managing and maintaining Softlink's corporate and product websites, managing Softlink's presence on various social media channels and communities, and vendor management for various marketing requirements. In 2016, they joined Cogitate Technology Solutions as a Marketing Manager, where they created business advantage for insurance providers with the company's innovative product portfolio.

Praktan K. began their educational journey by obtaining a Diploma in Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1999 to 2002 in the field of Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Praktan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Computer Engineering. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Mumbai University Mumbai from 2007 to 2009, focusing on Marketing Management. Additionally, Praktan K. has obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
