Andrew Papia

Andrew Papia is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture, engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Verint, Andrew focuses on architecting real-time systems for AI assistance in call centers. Previously held roles at Cogito Corp included Head of Strategic Projects, overseeing architecture and design for initiatives in Generative AI and multi-tenant SaaS, along with Principal Engineer, where Andrew developed cloud-native microservices architecture for the Real-time Signals Platform. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Acme Packet and Mobile-Mind, with a strong background in VoIP technologies, and a foundational engineering internship at American Power Conversion.
