Craig Blake

Craig Blake is Vice President of Product at Cogito, where he is responsible for leading the product strategy, product marketing, user experience, and roadmap that expands on the Cogito vision of building a world-class real-time behavior guidance platform. Craig has been in the contact center industry his entire career, recently he was Senior Director at Aspect Software where he led a team on rapid application development to build unique solutions with most becoming new product features. Before Aspect, Craig was Senior Product Manager at Callminer where he was responsible for early versions of real-time agent guidance and leading a team on rebuilding the audio & digital media ingestion system. Prior to Callminer, Craig spent 15 years at Nuance rising to Vice President where he oversaw cloud deployments, mobile application releases, and speech design & development for enterprise customers.
