Joshua Dalton

Joshua Dalton is a Process Engineer currently employed at Cognascents Consulting Group since May 2022. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at ioMosaic Corporation, where analysis of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams was conducted. At Newcut, as a Process Engineer from January 2017 to May 2021, Joshua designed innovative processing methods for new materials, significantly reduced part failure rates, and implemented a Preventative Maintenance schedule. Previous roles also include Chemical Engineer at Hayward Pool Products, where chemical reaction analysis and product design specifications were developed, and various positions at Clarkson University, including undergraduate researcher and teaching assistant. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in 2013.
