Justin Daarud

Justin Daarud has extensive experience in the energy industry, specifically in asset integrity and maintenance optimization. Justin is currently the Partner and Asset Integrity Director at Cognascents Consulting Group, where they focus on providing solutions that increase customer's competitive advantage by reducing inspection costs, increasing production availability, and managing integrity contracts. Prior to this, they served as President at Lloyd's Register Energy Americas, Inc. and Lloyd's Register Energy Canada Limited from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Justin held various roles at Lloyd's Register, including Americas Operations Director - Asset Integrity and Maintenance Optimization, Operations Manager - Asset Integrity Services, and Asset Integrity Program Consultant and Account Manager. Justin also has experience in mechanical engineering, having worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Northwest Aerospace Technologies, INC. and completed a Mechanical Engineering degree at Walla Walla University.
