Callum Clift's work experience includes:

- Product Owner at Cognassist since 2022.

- Freelance Flutter Developer from 2019 to present, where they built a mobile application for a heating servicing & repair company.

- Product Owner at OnTrac Ltd from 2017 to 2022, responsible for enhancing and developing product roadmaps, leading innovation R&D projects, and managing the implementation of a product suite revamp.

- Test Lead at OnTrac Ltd from 2017 to 2019, leading the testing team and implementing agile testing processes.

- Test Engineer at EDMI Europe Limited from 2016 to 2017, working on a Smart Meter Implementation Program for the UK Government.

- Functional Test Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2013 to 2016, involved in various testing projects and trained in ISTQB and ITIL Foundation qualifications.

Callum Clift pursued their education in the field of computer games design and development. Callum first attended Newcastle College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a BTEC degree in Computer games design and development. Following that, they enrolled at Northumbria University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer games design and production from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Callum Clift also obtained certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Callum earned a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in July 2023 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) designation from Scrum Alliance in June 2022.
