Rachel Mann, PhD, is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in educational content development and online course instruction. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Cognella, Rachel has previously held roles at Agate Publishing, Inc. as an Instructional Designer/Project Manager, where expertise in postsecondary educational content was applied.
