Tricia Connelly has been working in the software development and quality assurance industry since 2007. Tricia began their career as a Technical Writer II and Validation Tester at Medpace, where they worked in an FDA-regulated environment to ensure the quality of clinical trial software. Tricia adhered to GCP guidelines, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines, and FDA standards and policies, and created validation project plans, test plans, test cases, and validation summaries for Medpace web applications and clients. Prior to this, they worked at Barnes & Noble from 2001 to 2007, starting as a bookseller and advancing to co-lead of the Children's Department and then to the Receiving Department. In 2014, they joined Cognero / Madeira Station LLC as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Tricia Connelly attended Carroll High School and then Wittenberg University, where they earned a B.A. in English and Women's Studies in 2004. Tricia then went on to Wright State University, where they earned an M.A. in Composition & Rhetoric and Professional & Technical Writing in 2007.
