Jeff DeLoach

Jeff DeLoach is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President at CogNet since November 2020, Jeff previously held the position of President at Quastar Computer International from June 2008 to November 2020. Jeff also has experience as Vice President of Operations at Equip Recycling and has held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of US Personnel and Laurus HR, and President of HRC Payroll Services. Jeff began a career in management as District Manager at ADP. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Baylor University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
