Cody Schmotz

Cody Schmotz has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as District Sales Manager and previously as Regional Account Manager at Cognex Corporation since January 2018. Prior to this role, Cody worked at KEYENCE CORPORATION from January 2006 to January 2018, holding various positions including Global Business Development and National Business Development. Earlier in the career, Cody was a Sales Project Manager and held several engineering sales roles. Additionally, experience includes time as a Sales Representative at Cox Communications from September 2004 to December 2005. Cody Schmotz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia, earned between 2003 and 2006.
