Peter Denagel

Peter DeNagel is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the automation and sales industries. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at Cognex Corporation since February 2016, Peter previously held the role of Vision Sales Engineer. Prior to that, Peter was the Regional Sales Manager at IAI America, Inc., managing six distributors across New York State and Canada, focusing on robotic solutions and automation. Peter's earlier career includes the position of Outside Sales Manager at Phenix Automation, where responsibilities included outside sales for pneumatic components in Rochester and the Southern Tier of New York, along with previous experience in inside sales support. Peter holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Technology from Monroe Community College and attended Keuka College.
