Robert Ryan

Robert Ryan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in application engineering and electrical design. Since February 2017, Robert has held the position of Global Application Engineering Manager at Cognex Corporation, previously serving as System Integration Manager. Prior experience includes over eight years at Jadak LLC as Platform Manager/Electrical Engineer, where Robert managed platform development for imaging solutions. Additional roles spanned from Electrical Product Engineer at Magna Powertrain to Electrical Design Engineer at Applied Concepts Inc., focusing on control units, actuators, sensors, and LED technologies for various markets. Robert holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
