Tessa Ryan

Tessa Ryan currently serves as the Head of Tax at Cognex Corporation, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tessa was an Audit Committee Member at the Call of Duty Endowment from July 2022 to June 2024. Tessa has extensive experience in international tax, having served as Vice President of International Tax at Activision Blizzard, where roles also included Senior Director and Tax Director, spanning from November 2013 to June 2024. Tessa's earlier career includes serving as Tax Director at Mattel from July 2011 to October 2013 and as Senior Manager of International Tax at Ernst & Young between February 2007 and July 2011. Tessa holds a degree from UCLA and has developed a robust skill set focused on resolving issues and tax strategy.
